Who we are
OJJO, a sole proprietorship at 313, Main Peshawar Road, Rawalpindi, Pakistan. For anything about your information, email info@ojjo.pk.
What we collect
- When you order: your name, email address, phone number, delivery address and city, any note you add, and the items, prices and payment method of your order.
- When you send a contact or quotation request: your name and email address, and any phone number, company, city, project details and files you choose to give us.
- To stop misuse of our forms, we keep a scrambled (hashed) form of your internet address for about a day. We do not store the address itself.
- Our hosting provider processes technical connection data to deliver and protect the website.
Cookies
We use two cookies that the website needs to work: ojjo_cart remembers the items in your cart (up to 14 days) and ojjo_csrf protects our forms against misuse (up to 30 days). We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.
How we use your information
To process, deliver and support your orders, to check payments, to answer enquiries and prepare quotations, and to keep the website secure. We do not sell your information.
Who we share it with
- Cloudflare, which hosts the website, its database and file storage, and provides the spam check on our forms.
- Our email provider, which sends order and enquiry emails.
- Our own delivery team or a courier company (such as TCS, Leopards Courier or M&P), which receives only the details needed to deliver your order: your name, phone number and address.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
Some of these providers may process information outside Pakistan.
Who at OJJO can see it
Only authorised staff signed in to our admin system. Files you attach are stored privately and can only be opened by signed-in staff. Staff actions are recorded.
How long we keep it
- Orders: 3 years after the order date we remove your personal details (name, contact details, address and notes). An anonymous record of the sale (items, amounts and dates) is kept.
- Contact and quotation requests: deleted, with any files you attached, 1 year after the last activity on the request.
Your choices
You can ask us to show, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing info@ojjo.pk. We may need to keep some order records where the law requires.
Security
The website uses encrypted connections (HTTPS), staff sign-in is protected, and attachments are stored privately. No system is completely secure, so please do not send passwords or card details through our forms.
Changes
We will update this page if the way we handle information changes.
