Where we deliver

We deliver across Pakistan.

Delivery charge

Standard delivery is Rs 500 per order. It is shown at checkout and included in your order total. Some large or heavy items, or deliveries to remote areas, may need a different charge: if so, we agree it with you before dispatch, and nothing is dispatched on a changed charge without your agreement.

Delivery times

For items in stock:

• Rawalpindi and Islamabad: usually 2–4 days.
• Rest of Pakistan: usually 5–7 days.

For made-to-order items, we confirm the lead time with you when you order.

Assembly

Assembly is included in Rawalpindi and Islamabad for items that need it. Elsewhere, assembly is available on request and quoted separately.

Paying for your order

• Cash on delivery: pay the order total, including delivery, when your order arrives.
• Bank transfer (EasyPaisa): the account details are on your order page and in your order email. Use your order number as the payment reference and send us the receipt. We dispatch bank-transfer orders after we have checked that the payment has arrived.

When your order arrives

Please check your items on delivery. Tell us about any damage, missing parts or a wrong item within 48 hours of delivery, with your order number and photos, and we will put it right (see Returns and refunds).
