About these terms

This website is operated by OJJO, a sole proprietorship, at 313, Main Peshawar Road, Rawalpindi, Pakistan. These terms apply when you use the website or order from it.

Products, pictures and prices

Prices are in Pakistani rupees (Rs). We describe products as accurately as we can; finishes and colours can look slightly different on screen. Listings marked "Sample" and pictures marked "Illustration" are illustrative only and are not for sale.

Orders

When you place an order, you make an offer to buy. We confirm it after checking availability and your details. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable or a price was shown in error; if so, we tell you and refund anything you have paid.

Payment

We accept cash on delivery and bank transfer (EasyPaisa). We do not take card payments on this website. A bank-transfer payment is recorded as received only after we have checked that it has arrived, and bank-transfer orders are dispatched after that.

Delivery, cancellations, returns and warranty

Our Shipping and delivery, Returns and refunds and Warranty pages form part of these terms.

Quotations and made-to-order items

Prices in a written quotation apply for the period stated in it. Any advance payment for made-to-order furniture or projects is stated in the quotation.

Liability

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability or rights that cannot be excluded or limited under the law of Pakistan.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of Pakistan. Disputes are subject to the courts at Rawalpindi.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version shown on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
